Auto-Renewal:

By subscribing, you agree to be auto-charged on a monthly basis for the services selected.

Payment:

Payments will be processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice:

To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 21 days prior to your renewal date. If you do not provide this notice, you will be auto-charged for the following month.

Use of Charged Month:

If charged, you may use the services for the month you were charged.

No Refunds:

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Pausing Subscription

Clients have the option to pause their subscription at any time to bank their time. This allows you to retain unused services for future use.

5. Timelines and Communication

All timelines provided for services are based on reasonable communication and revision counts. Delays in communication may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
